Lindsey , the founder of ‘The Hive’ , is a 200-hour Yoga teacher, NASM certified Personal Trainer, and Empowerment Mat Pilates instructor with a deep passion for health, movement, and community.

As a lifelong health & wellness enthusiast, Lindsey blends elements of strength, scuplt, and mindful movement, creating workouts that challenge the body while uplifting the spirit. Lindsey believes fitness should feel empowering and accessible to everyone.

Through The Hive PiYo & Co. she hopes to create a space where people can come together, build strength, and leave feeling more confident than when they walked in.

Angelique teaches yoga the way she approaches life- with humor, empathy, and an appreciation for the imperfect. Her classes are for real people navigating real life.

She focuses on helping students find presence through breath, and maybe a good laugh along the way- because sometimes the best way to lighten your body is to lighten your mood.

Angelique believes the practice of yoga and meditation can be absolutely life- transforming, and she loves helping other experience that for themselves. She’s not trying t reinvent the wheel- she just wants people to feel good when they leave class. If you roll up your mat feeling a little happier, a litte lighter, and a little more connected than when you walked in, that’s a success. Her philosophy is simple: some days you eat salads and do yoga. Some days you eat cupcakes and refuse to put on pants. It’s called balance— and that’s the spirit she hopes to bring into every class.

Sara has been teaching barre since 2019 and believes movement is medicine—and something we get to do, not have to do. Her classes are music-driven and thoughtfully designed to challenge you, build strength, and improve mobility in a way that feels both effective and genuinely enjoyable. She encourages you to work hard without taking yourself too seriously, creating a relaxed, supportive environment where clients can feel strong, energized, and accomplished. Sara’s goal is simple: to help you enjoy the process, so movement becomes something you look forward to —and a lasting part of your lifestyle.

Brooke has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching from the deep belief that movement is medicine. A 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher ,she originally trained at Sol Yoga (200-hour) and has continued to expand her studies through advanced training and dedicated practice. For Brooke, yoga is both deeply personal and profoundly connective— a way to tend to the nervous system, and return to joy. As a climate advocate in her professional life, she understands the importance of sustainability not only in our world, but within ourselves. She believes that when we care for our inner landscape, we are better able to show up with clarity, resilience, and heart.

Her classes invite you to step onto your mat and step into your power. Expect intentional sequencing, strong yet accessible flows, breathwork woven throughout, and moments of softness that allow integration. Whether teaching power flow, joyful movement, or gentle candlelit class, Brooke creates spaces that feel grounding, inclusive, and real— where you can sweat, feel, laugh, maybe dance a little, and reconnect with yourself.

She honors yoga as a practice of transformation— one that helps us root down, rise up, and share our gifts with the world.
